Purposes and legal basis

We process data to answer your requests (pre-contractual steps, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and to comply with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)).

Bookings

Bookings are made on the external platform uChill, which acts as an independent controller for booking data.

Retention

Data is kept only as long as necessary for its purpose or to comply with legal obligations.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by writing to filipe@uchill.pt. You may also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).

Sharing

We never sell your data. It may be shared with processors (website hosting) bound by contract and the GDPR.
